"I just finish the reconciliation of RPMW with the bank, it was perfect to the penny, since I have several properties and one Bank account, it gives me a great deal of confidence on the accuracy of the program.

1. RPMW is easy to use and I can rely on its accuracy.

2. What I like the most is that at the end of the year I am ready for my taxes with in few minutes after the last entry. It is a piece of cake.

3. I have been a user of your program for many years, but I went from a manual method to a professional program that contain all of my data and management reports every month. The last edition of the RPMW, uses Windows and it has all the bells and whistles that I need to have and it is very easy to use, specially on the transfers from year to year.

4. The most valuable benefit to me is that at a glance, I can see the performance of all my properties, I can make projections and decisions. I can see trends and areas that need my attention.
